I'd rather get a lot of sterilite storage containers at Walmart for $5 and sell them on Craigslist afterwards for $3 each. Their price is almost what it should cost to buy those boxes.

Doug, that's great. The opportunity cost of your time is clearly low enough to make that hassle worthwhile.

I'd rather just pay to rent the boxes and not have to deal with constructing cardboard boxes and then have to take the time to dispose of them. Hell, I'd pay a premium to have them deliver and remove the boxes (which is included in the price of the rental).

Ain't markets great? So many choices to meet so many varied preferences.

Ah, the subjectivity of values and marginal efficiencies. How can you not love the marketplace?

I note that the service touted works well in The City. While Central Michigan University dominates Mt. Pleasant, I would hesitate to launch this business there.

Still, it is a pleasant read.

That is a great idea. I wish I'd thought of it. Too bad it is not available in my area.

In that case, it sounds like a great business opportunity.
